The Mountain's Shadow - Photographed July 2015, South Sister, Oregon.
 
I just love this image. Standing at the summit of South Sister in the biting cold, the shadow of the mountain fell east as a mystic pyramid. Looking at the images later, I somehow missed it and it was only years later I remembered the feeling of the moment and went back through my catalog. Hidden between other images of the glacier and view, I found the one image that captured the feeling of that moment.
